Details
A one-day deep dive into glazing for anyone who's already got a thrown or hand-built piece sitting bisque-fired and unglazed — this isn't a beginner throwing class, it's specifically about what happens after. Runa walks through how different glazes actually behave in the kiln (why two 'blue' glazes can fire completely differently), layering and combining glazes for effect, and application techniques like dipping, pouring and brushing. You'll leave with your own piece glazed and queued for firing, plus a reference sheet of the studio's house glaze combinations to try on future work. Bring one bisque-fired piece of your own, or use studio stock if you don't have one yet.
