A relaxed, no-pressure way into guitar for people who've never picked one up, or who tried once years ago and want to actually stick with it this time. The first couple of sessions cover basic open chords and simple strumming patterns, and from there the group builds up a small shared songbook — by week six you're playing full songs together, not just isolated exercises. Sofia keeps the pace forgiving and the group small (max eight), so nobody's left behind and nobody's showing off. Loaner guitars are available for the first session if you don't have your own yet, though you'll want to bring one from week two onward.
