A focused three-hour evening workshop for people who have a real talk, pitch or presentation coming up and want to walk in ready. Bring whatever you're actually working on — a job talk, a conference slot, a pitch to your team — and Marcus will work with you on structure first (what to cut, what to lead with, how to land the ending) before moving on to delivery: pacing, filler words, and what to do with your hands and nerves when the room goes quiet. The group is capped at eight people so everyone gets at least one full run-through with feedback, not just a lecture on public speaking theory. Most people leave with a reworked outline and a noticeably calmer opening thirty seconds.
